I weighed myself this morning to find that I had dropped from 77.6 to 75.5, such a shock, I must have been bloated before my last reading.
I know I have not been very well,I have been suffering from a lot of gas down there, this morning when I woke up feeling good I thought I would give the scales another try!
I am eating less at the moment, I had toast and coffee yesterday morning, this morning I will have eggs on toast and coffee or tea.
I really think I can get to my goal weight now!
