So much for will power, last night I made currant scones at 10PM, ate 2 of them and went to bed happy. This morning I am having one now and the rest go in the freezer until I hit the perfect weight.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
