Nutrition Rules:
1. Drink 1/2 my weight in ounces of water. Now that is 100 oz of water per day. Add lemon or apple cider vinegar when I can. I actually like lemon water. 2. To shred fat keep carbohydrate intake below 100 grams. No white things (flour, sugar, rice). After fat loss, make sure fiber intake is 35 grams fiber. Focus on veggies. Fruit in moderation - 2 servings per day. 3. Fish oil supplement 2000 mg per day. Put flax seed in food when I can. 4. Cut stevia use, only when absolutely necessary. 5. Eat one servings of nuts per day (20 almonds) RAW 6. Drink green tea every day. Minimum 2 cups per day. Make ice tea and take to work. 7. Start using coconut oil more often in cooking.
