220.4 after a 3 day weekend- no eating out since I wanted to lose weight not maintain- and Chinese chicken with broccoli no cornstarch. Obviously, it worked. This particular dish doesn't give me the adverse reaction that Japanese food does, although the hibachi shrimp and chicken are great. I will see next week. I am a bore to be with. Who wants to eat out when you have to substitute everything?
