Ugh... didn't eat all that bad today but didn't find time to exercise, either. (correction: did not MAKE time to exercise)

I am an athlete.it is beyond annoying that I am so bad at exercising. I think nothing of running in a 90 minute soccer game! What can I do to make myself motivated enough to exercise HARD each and every day?! The only times I do that is July when I'm under serious pressure to get back in shape for the season... (imagine how great I could be if I kept a base fitness all year and then IMPROVED on it right before the season starts)!

Some people only perform well under pressure. Maybe try to start slow, like going for a walk, and than increasing your activity level from there. Don't get frustrated!
