Trying not to stress eat. I am so nervous about the house selling, butying another house, and trying to ensure that my family and I are not homeless in between. It is nerve racking. Constant showings have me eating out, eating crappy food with dogs and kids in the car, etc. I thought that getting the house ready for sale was stressful, but this is far worse on my nerves and on my eating plan.
Consequence: no weight loss this week. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't a gain. It is hard to tell though - I have to keep hiding my scale for the next group of people to tour the house and then I forget to ake it back out for me.
I just want this to be over.
