Fell off the wagon, rolled into a ditch and woke up a few days later...It was no one single food or craving or anything in particular...it was like my resolve vanished and actually I let the events of the past few days affect me in a bad way. I had a little slip and then thought to myself, well, then I will just eat less and lose it faster...WRONGO! When I was a teen or in my twenties I could do that...I only ended up eating more and more and became less and less satisfied... I am back! Have a great weekend everyone.
