Last time I was using Fatsecret I hit a low weight of 231 on December 22, 2011. That seems like such a long time ago. Today I just ducked under the 230 pound bar.
In 2011 I focused just on diet. This time it is diet and exercise, and I feel that has cracked the code for me. I am not declaring victory, I am just feeling that the combination of the three elements (Fatsecret, diet, exercise) gives me the tools to keep going.
