I was in 'extended induction' I suppose, but recently decided that I'm more of a limited phase 2 person... I mean, I eat some flax breads and lo-carb pitas and I eat things with sugar alcohols and all that stuff you don't do in induction - I just continue on with the whole 20-carbs-a-day rule. It isn't hard for me, I feel like a nazi over my body sometimes. I don't know where all this dedication comes from, except the results.

I bought a pair of size 12 jeans that fit perfectly, when I started I was a size 16, so I'm super happy about that! I know I shouldn't be buying clothes with 24 more pounds to go, but I needed something to wear home for Christmas!

I will admit that I am a very bad girl, however. I have yet to work out one little bit. I haven't done a single rep of... anything, and I'm still losing weight. I have been lucky, and I guess the atkins diet was made for me, because I've lost 39lbs in three months without exercise! I am getting a wii fit plus for christmas, though, and plan on starting to work out then, and I'm curious to see how that will affect my results. I figure it can only make me lose more, adding the workouts and all.

Well, all in all I am proud of myself and feel like I have every right to feel that way =] I no longer lie about being on a diet, or omit it, I am proud to say 'yeah, I'm on a diet and I have lost 39 pounds.'

Okay enough bragging, I'm on a weigh in high. I only have 24 pounds to go!! =]]]

(of course, I may still lose a few more than that, but 150 is a good weight for my frame most likely)

i must say,, your chart looks amazing,, i don't know how you are losing that much in such a short amount of time compared to me :P. without exercising too!! i think you are VERY LUCKY,,, i'm still trying to reach the 80s in order to been more motivated i still don't know how long it will take me,, i didnt ruin my diet EVER i stuck with the induction acceptable food list, i'm exercising every day for 1 hour all i lost was 6.5 kgs, and i still have a long way to go,,, whenever i feel like giving up i always check out your chart ,, it is so encouraging and makes me more motivated to wait and see the results in 2 more months perhaps i will be where you are now :D .. happy holidays

I agree with Cireena's comment that your chart is awesome. You're having the kind of weight loss I dreamed about when I started Atkins 6 weeks ago. I lost 10lbs in the first 4wks but in the last 2wks I actually gained back 2lbs and the only cheat I've had was a Starbucks hot-chocolate. Very frustrating! I too exercise - about 4x/wk with weights and cardio (30 minutes each time). I measure myself and the inches stopped dropping too. I can see having a stall but actually gaining weight while not having any bread or fruit is killing me! I see you don't have any food entries - would you mind sharing what a typical day was like at the start and what its like now? You're a total inspiration and I want to learn from you!
