Oh no, fresh corn on the cob. 🌽 17 carbs... I'm glad I stopped at one ear. It's amazing, I realized I was stuffed after one ear of corn. Boy, it was good. I'm going to have to strengthen my resolve here, to limit myself with the garden vegetables. Tomatoes, beets, potatoes and onions ready for harvesting. its a good opportunity for me to start learning portion control.
