I didnt eat a slice of pizza but i did eat a cheeseburger!!! LOL. im doing my usual up/down stuff i always do but as long as i go steadily down im happy. I know when i hit 135 it wont be enough. i believe i will look fine in clothes because i look okay now but im gonna have fat still. I would like to get rid as much as i can eating the healthy way and with exercise of course.
went to moms and all the stuff we are giving away was picked up today. we put all the trash out and started cleaning. the windows and floors are a mess and will take some time. it will have to be painted because it needs neutral colors to sell. I worked hard on the front yard (leaves) and will have to come back to trim and weed. we paid the kid next door to mow the leaves in the backyard.
tired but got lots down so feel good about that
