i'm trying..its easy to fall into the trap of not exercising...but tempted as I was to sleep today i put on the gear & jumped around- & I feel all the better for it!..i can fit in my inspiration pants now to be able to wear the inspiration top and its bandau!!!...must work on my arms....& upper body...I can see the lower half coming down..& I checked today & the trousers are an 18!! I thought they were a tight 20...so I'm ready to push for 16!!..then 14...hmmm 16 is good: 16 all over!!
