Today was a big day - finished 18:6 IF challenge and made it through! Also went to the doctor and she was quite impressed with my weight loss results. Turns out my last weigh in there was 222 (I thought it was 220) and so I have officially hit the 20 pounds down mark!! Can't wait to get my labs back and see where I am at with my thryroid issues, but my blood pressure and heart rate were perfect. PERFECT - yeah! Think I'll celebrate with some blueberries :)
