GOOD MORNING TROOPS
My daily report its 830 am cooking breakfast , I am 100% pain free from the magnesium , turmeric and ginger root the body builder told me WHOO HOO making quicK breakfast have to eat while driving to meet my trainer for orientation . I did not weigh in today either so brain is not obsessing on scale so I will try for weekly weigh in , THANK AND GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WHO HELP ME , MY HELPERS , WE IN IT TOGETHER FOR SOME SAME SOME DIFFERENT REASONS DOES NOT MATTER OUR BATTLES , IT MATTERS WE HELP EACH OTHER , THANK ALL OF MY FRIENDS HERE , I AM SO HAPPY I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF BED WHOO HOO --- YOU STAY SAFE AMERICA GOD BLESS YOU -- LOU , HEADING TO MEET MY NEW TRAINER FOR FREE ORIENTATION LOL
