So my son comes to stay with us and loves to cook..wow there went the diet. Gained, now to lose the gain...guess as with anything, if he cooks something all I have to do it keep to my principles of eating in moderation, small portions and push away any junk to get back on track. I have to lose 1.2 pounds to get back on track to where I was before he came. Can and will be done this week!
