Bread and sugar. It takes between 48 and 60 hours to metabolize what we eat, so today's weight reflects what you ingested 2 days ago. It's ok, you'll take it off.

I figured, kes. The water I drank yesterday went to the glucagon stores, which are all full again.

You urged me on when I was in the same place last week, and you were right. This too will pass before you know it.

I am starting for the first time with this fat secret app. I must say I do like the app alot. I am a diabetic and I am trying to get my blood sugars under control. I want desperately to lose weight but it is not easy for me. I just started to walk yesterday. I have tried and failed so many times. Hopefully this time I will be successful.

Barb, don't you agree the desktop is better than the app? I like the app for quick food logging, but the community functions don't even come close. 😐

Oh yes! definitely better. The app makes community connections harder and limits them. Comments are hit and miss, you can't read others food/exercise journals. And there are no form or challenge access
