I will not go on the weight today but i'll do it tomorrow - all the other "weigh in's" have been in the morning before breakfast. I have not done so much to stick to my diet - i have had a lot of home work so the diet has been a high on my list. I HAVE to change my lifestyle - and focus on my diet!
