I'm not sure how often I should be weighing myself, or even when I should be. plus my scale does not go over a max weight that sadly I am past. I'm almost tempted to keep trying it and then once I get to a weight of can read celebrating. I know it sounds dumb but I think refuse to buy a new scale just for big girls when I'm trying not to be a big girl any more. last two days were bad I cheated a lot but that's alright, as long as I'm back on the band wagon today and going forward. just cause you have a bad day or two doesn't mean you should quit. powering through and kicking carbs today.
