so I am where I was a year ago. now that I am ready to work lets see the next month whats going happen. I can drink green tea all I have to do is cut out tea soo I can cut dairy out. today I am starting with my workout DVD at home. Is going to be interesting as I haven't been working out for more that a year. one at a time. Mission is to workout for 5 days...Tuesday till Saturday.
233.7 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
