I have been doing very badly lately! I want to lose this weight and be healthy! I want to learn not to eat out of emotions! I want to get back on track!!!!

Don't worry about what you did in the past, today is another day and just really try to focus on the end result. If you are eating out of emotions try to substitute it with something else, go for a walk, read a book, just don't turn to food. Trust me I know it's hard but you will be much happier in the long run.
