Tomorrow is Monday. Where'd the weekend go? Anyways... I allowed myself spring rolls this week, 9 potato chips, about 4 tbsps of potato salad, but other than that I was good. I worked out hard EVERYDAY. Today I could feel my muscle super sore and figured I would lay off the weights tonight. I walked for 35 minutes-- very fast walking. I just wanted to at least get some exercise on my "rest day". I'm looking forward to another amazing week of working out and healthy eating. I have felt awesome these last weeks. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has goals for the week. :)
