another loss..another bike ride over with..gooood mornin fs..my mind and my body was havin one heck of an argument this mornin..body was sayin o please..i need a day off..my mind was sayin when your dead you can take off all the days you want..got out the door an was into the first mile an was thinking short time today..less miles..just get a workout in..thats all that counts...
