Not that it matters in any big kind of way, but I just realized that I wrongly weighed in at 88.6 yesterday. It should have been 88.7 kgs. TODAY I am 88.6. Not as low as I though I'd be, but that's okay. I can live with that. Actually, I'm just happy that I'm below 90 the first few days after Indulgence Day.
I do want to do a little bit better than I feel that I have. Saturday, though I can basically eat what I want, I dug a little too deep in the candy bowl. Sunday I had chocolate, and tons of low fat ice cream. Yesterday I had popcorn. I never went over my RDI, but my choices were not good enough. I gotta man up on that. I am on a mission, and I would hate to not make it to 77 kgs on time simply because of chocolate and candies.
Today is a busy work day. I have several interviews at work, and of course the other tasks related to that, and then teaching tonight. I have arranged with Wife that we meet at the local Pizza- and Kebab House for dinner, and I have already entered a salad in my food journal. It's all about planning, folks!
People at work is starting to notice that Wife is losing weight (Wife and I work in the same building). She got a lot of compliments from her boss, when she asked to get a new - and smaller - work uniform.
Life is good!
