OMG, was not expecting that this morning... the weight is melting off me, and I am so excited... just maybe, I can reach that goal tomorrow of 238...I didn't get in alot of food yesterday.. made sure I got my water in though... had a good breaky, than was out doing errands, and then company showed up.. so didn't get lunch...today will make sure I get alot more food... I am soo dang happy I am in control again.
