My life has changed dramatically in the last week. I finished econ, the most difficult class I had ever taken in graduate school. Now, I have all this time! All I do now is work and then do two essays a week. That is incredibly less than what I was having to do previously. I'm so glad it's over!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I felt the stress lift from my shoulders when the final was over! This week has been about relaxing and getting back to normal. Finally! This year has finally settled down. I cried so many times and thought about dropping out more than once. But that's over! I'm riding normal from here on out.: :)
I feel like I can finally focus on me again, on nutrition and on weight loss again. Thank you God for giving me the strength to go through it without cracking.
So, it begins. Here are my numbers for this month:
Last month: June 2016 Weight 159 lbs Body Fat 39 % Fat Mass 62 lbs Lean Mass 97 lbs
This month: July 2016 Weight 159 lbs Body Fat 39 % Fat Mass 62 lbs Lean Mass 97 lbs
Huh. That's interesting. I feel like I lost weight in the last week. Maybe I had gained tons of weight while studying for finals? It doesn't matter. I'm glad I'm still in the 150s! And I'm ecstatic that my stress levels have basically plummeted.
