I'm not surprised. No tracking or exercise this week and only logged 7 hrs of exercise for July, but for some reason I'm not sweating it. Hope to start fresh on Monday and have some plans to reduce calories further. Not sure how I'll get myself moving though with the extreme cold temperatures we're having, but I think if I can eat right on week days at least that's half the battle won. Have a good weekend all!
