Woke up hungry this morning and went to bed with a slight hunger last night. I know that I can eat to take that away before bed, but it seems counter productive to eat and then go to sleep. Does anyone else go to sleep with this feeling?

Yes I have a few times, I know that if I do eat I'll probably fall asleep faster and I won't feel hungry anymore but at the same time I think to myself "is it worth it if I can just sleep it off?" Depending on how hungry I am I'll normally just go to sleep looking forward to a big breakfast but if your body is telling you it reaaaally needs food then don't deny it a little healthy snack :)
