So, I have not been able to go to the GYM since last Thursday due to a minor surgery I had. Due to be back at the GYM the 7th but I may call the doctor and ask if I can return early since I feel fine. Lets see. Now the issue is to leave that stupid soda and drink less beer and snack on fruit instead of chips and chicharrones. I will keep you all posted!! thanks!! FatSecretFam
