been going through a very tough time recently but I've got to get back on the waggon, got to get back to my lowest of 140lb (10 stone). think I'm going to need all the motivation I can get in this journey up the mountain, I've been stuck in my crevice for far too long but I'm back with you guys again. on wards and up wards. x
151.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
