Ugh!!! I had thought I was getting back on track this week and then all the out-of-town relatives descended to visit post funeral. It has been a round of restaurants, home cooking, home baking and Italian bakeries. Once again I will have to face the scale this Sunday and probably find another gain. Luckily the last of the relatives leave Sunday so I can get back to being serious about weight loss. And I am assured that the pool will be ready for swimming then also!!! I am really looking forward to restarting my weight loss with exercise included. Hope I didn't do too much more damage this week, but whatever it is, I will take it back off and then continue to goal.
