It's very hard trying to find time and energy to exercise with a newborn. I'm pretty much recovered from my c-section and have the green light to exercise, but now that I am back to work, when do I find time? In the early morning, I am feeding the baby, rocking the baby, or completely exhausted and need to sleep in as much as I can (sleeping in being 6:30am). By the time I get home from work, I want to spend time with my daughter, have to eat dinner before I keel over from starvation, and then have to pump. By that time, the baby is getting tired and cranky and it's too dark and cold to take her on a walk in the stroller even IF she was calm. I'm just at my wit's end because I desperately want to exercise. I always feel better when I take a walk and get outside. I hate sitting at my desk all day and being sedentary. Any ideas anyone?
