It's very hard trying to find time and energy to exercise with a newborn. I'm pretty much recovered from my c-section and have the green light to exercise, but now that I am back to work, when do I find time? In the early morning, I am feeding the baby, rocking the baby, or completely exhausted and need to sleep in as much as I can (sleeping in being 6:30am). By the time I get home from work, I want to spend time with my daughter, have to eat dinner before I keel over from starvation, and then have to pump. By that time, the baby is getting tired and cranky and it's too dark and cold to take her on a walk in the stroller even IF she was calm. I'm just at my wit's end because I desperately want to exercise. I always feel better when I take a walk and get outside. I hate sitting at my desk all day and being sedentary. Any ideas anyone?

Why don't you do squats (10), sit ups (10) and pushups(10) after she goes to sleep at night. Then jump squats (10), walking lunges(10 each leg) and tricep extensions (10 each arm). Do that 5 x through and you will have had a workout!! If you work up a sweat take a relaxing bath.
