I've eaten terribly at night lately. actually got up to 255 but have dropped a bit. gotta figure out what to do tonight to not eat like that!
253.8 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
