Up about 4:10 AM. Worked out pretty hard this morning - with a little kick at the end. With the cooler temps and sweating to the oldies, I have to force myself to put on a jacket after the workout to keep from coming down with the plague or something. What is amazing is just how good I feel after the shower, and driving to work. Instead of dragging, like you would expect, after pouring so much into a run, I have started feeling like taking on the world - or at least, the office. Up a pound and a half this morning, but I know it's just normal fluctuation. I have kept well below my RDI, and I knew the pace of the weight loss these last few days couldn't continue for long, before stabilizing. Can't wait for the next dive!
