Okay, I know it's only .2 lbs. but I am on Prednisone and my ankles are swollen so I think I must be headed in the right direction. Headed for some surgery down the road so trying to lose as much as possible because we all know if we do nothing, the pounds will creep back up. So I will take a .2 lb. loss in the morning anytime.... :)
