2 days left for this detox phase. It's been hard, but I've stayed with it. I've been creative in the kitchen with food i would have never thought to try, (meatless meat & cheese(less) cheese). To my surprise, if you season it right, it taste really good.

Cheers to new things & a new healthy lifestyle

Good for you! That's the way I was the first time I did Fast Smash last year. I used new seasonings that I would otherwise never used. Best wishes for continued success in the next phase!
