I did Zumba at the Y tonight. I was hard but fun. After that I played basketball for awhile. I'm proud of myself for doing that much exercise. I've stayed on track with my WW points except for Sunday (potluck threw me off). But I'm determined this time to keep on track, and if I get off I won't beat myself up, I'll just hop right back on. Here I come 160 lbs! LOL
