For Breakfast I had a Fruit & Maple Oatmeal from MCD... 170 cal.
Snack was a Gala apple. 10 cal.
Lunch was a Chef Salad with lite ranch and a chipolte dressing! 350cal.
I also started a steroid this morning for my back called prednisone and I'm fightin the hunger cravings...
I'm trying to drink plenty of water.. Gotta go track down some gum so I can occupy my mouth! lol!!
This evening I would love to have some Chicken and Noodles, but who knows if it is wise, but it will be so yummy...
