I've heard that it takes 21 days to establish a habit. It's probably 21 days to really start a establishing a habit and you have to diligently keep it up until it becomes second nature.

I want to move my journey into a more fitness-centric process. I will begin devoting time from each day to weight train. I will sweat 6 days a week to build muscle. More muscle equals more fat burn. One day at a time.

I have 21 days before I leave for vacation--need to use these days to break the bad habits before I go to Cali!
