I have finally forced myself to get on the scale and face the magnitude of the disaster. If I didn't, I wouldn't begin to start readjusting my mindset and getting back to trying to obtain my goals. At one point I was down to 195 pounds. Now I have almost 35 pounds to lose again just to return to that point. At the rate I was losing before, that would be another 35 weeks just to get back to where I was. Nobody to blame but myself. I could have been at my goal now. At least our pool should be ready for use by next weekend. Hopefully that will at least increase that 1 pound per week up to 2 pounds or more per week. Just too many things happening at once and I reverted to using food to comfort myself. I had thought I was beyond that after all that I lost. Guess I was wrong :(

Need to get back to it. Maybe don't get away from the scale so long. You can do it. Good luck and some fasting may be due.

Thirteen pounds in fourteen days include a lot of water weight, so you can turn this ship around more easily than you might think. Get on it, and don't give up!
