No change for the past several days -- have to keep reminding myself it has only been 4 days. I think you get used to seeing a drop every couple of days and when it doesn't happen, it's easy to think something is wrong. I do need to be more consistent with the exercise, it's too easy to "get busy" and not really do anything. Have a function coming up this weekend where I have no control over the menu, will have to do what I can by being selective. Hopefully, they will have something reasonable.

jumpstart ur body and surprise it a little by either eating some more than usual or less. or exercise harder
