I ate really well today. My diet was very balanced: carbs, 53%; protein, 29%; and fats 18%. I am going to try and eat sensibly tomorrow as well. My sister is having a baby shower tomorrow, so I am expecting to come across lots of yummy foods that I should avoid. #prayingtoJesusforstrength!
