This number shocked me this morning. I can't believe I weigh this much or that I've actually gained weight. I assumed I weighed the same since I hadn't been trying to lose, but I never thought I had gained. This is crazy. But it just renews my resolve to get the weight off and get healthier. Today is a new day.
