Cauliflower "grits" in ham juice. It's a LC southern thing...lol.

It's awesome, Sugar. Tastes a lot better than it looks. I'm having to cook another pot because the kids demanded more! Now you know if the kids like it....lol.

Just boil cauliflower pieces in juice for about 10 min or so, and pulse in blender until grit consistency.

Well... I used crumbled cauliflower, so the pcs may take about 20 min.
