I had a busy day today, so I had to eat on the go. Tomorrow I'll eat more meals, and cut out the fried food. Whenever I pack a brown bag lunch, I eat much healthier. Also, I am going to make sure I wake up earlier, so I can have time to enjoy my breakfast.
