So, after pretty much letting it all go for the past three months, I decided that it was time to give it another try...I never really gained any weight back, but I also never got to my goal!
So as of this moring I am down 3 pounds :) yay me! Seeing those numbers this morning made me really glad I didnt give in to temptation last night. I was really having a craving for the m&ms that are in my cupboard right now....It was a stressful day and I know thats why I wanted them...so I went to bed. And now I feel good for one-I didnt cave, and 2-I got a good night sleep that I needed
