Just joined FatSecret by suggestion of a friend. I have been contemplating using Weight Watchers and may still do so, but this will be a really handy tool in helping me get started. I don't feel that I need to lose tons of weight, but I have been slowly gaining over the past year or so and my clothes no longer fit. I am tired all the time and want to have more energy. So my goals are: Lose approximately 15-20 pounds, eat healthier (and less), and gain energy! Here we go...
BTW.. just guessing on my current weight as I have not officially weight in yet.
