I decided to do the HCG diet. I started today and got my first injection of HCG. The doctor also gave me a vitamin B shot and some probiotics to take. The first phase of the HCG diet is the loading phase. I told him I feel very uncomfortable with loading up on all those high fat foods. But he said it is very important for the success of the diet. So I get to pig out for two days. The first thing I did when I got home was to go straight for the peanut butter. As I am typing this I am eating more peanut butter. I will probably eat peanut butter for two days! After the two day loading phase, I go on a 500 calorie diet. I will report back how this diet goes for me. I hope to lose ten pounds in three weeks.
