Hooray! After losing 4 pounds last week, I got on the scale just hoping not to gain! I expected it to even out a bit like last time I had a dramatic week. But I still had a loss, and admirable one at that. I suspect it might have something to do with me being on Hell Week, doubling up on my 22 Minute Hard Corps routines. Anyway, it's great because I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow and I expect some gain during that time, so at least I'm heading out on the right foot! (I have a plan to keep my gains low, wish me luck!)

Brilliant news, well done! Always great to start a holiday with a little wiggle room too, go you! And remember, altho it's good to have some plans in place to not let things get TOO out of hand, it is your holiday too and should be relaxing and enjoyable - balance and compromise where you can, and enjoy without guilt where you need to :)

Good work, my friend! Sometimes on vacation I stick with my usual plan for breakfast and lunch, and save the indulgence for just the evening meal. Good Luck and have a relaxing trip!
