I've been eating all the things that I shouldn't so the scale shows it. starting today I've gob back on my life style. No...gluten, dairy, corn, potatoes and nuts. those are my 5 main issues. So bye bye to those, I'm sick of being this weight, especially since just before the weight gain, I got rid of my clothes for this size, so instead of getting new stuff, I chose my health.
