I'm challenging myself to lose the Soda - again and to stay off of it this time. It is not doing me any good. I can feel the difference when I manage to go on a long break for it - I can only imagine it gets better with an even longer time. I know I can kick the habit, I've done so before, so the challenge is to not get back into the habit.
How I let myself get back in the habit after a 5-month hiatus - I could just kick myself. I can be really stupid sometimes.
That's all I'm trying to do right now. I imagine I will drink more water with the loss of the soda, but that's not my challenge. I just want to kick the soda habit - for one last time!
